the owner and founder of Pam Young Realty.
Born and raised in North Carolina, I currently live in the semi-rural town of Archer Lodge with my husband Michael and our rescued black Lab, Clyde. Our life together is not complex, is built on faith and is deeply rewarding. Before real estate, I worked in senior management, both in the public and non-profit arenas, for over 25 years. Although I enjoyed those years of service, I likened it to being a caged bird wanting more; to be free to build a business based on the quality of my service and a strong reputation of integrity, honesty and care. In 2015, I left the corporate world, started my own business and began a full-time career in real estate sales and service. Being professional, knowledgeable and committed to my client’s best interest easily became my core values. I view it as a testimony to those values that the vast majority of my clients are referrals and those I has helped in the past. I am proud to share that my business thrives on repeat business and solid client relationships.
I do not view my clients as merely a transaction but believe there is purpose in us working together. Buying and selling a home brings with it an array of emotions, decisions and expectations. I am here to help you navigate each step of the process whether your circumstances are exciting, uncertain, easy or difficult. It’s my goal to bring knowledge, organization, quality resources, skill and the ability to listen to what you share and not just hear what you are saying so that I can support and assist you all along the way… bringing you the peace of mind you deserve in this chapter of your life.

My business is built on honesty, transparency, resourcefulness, commitment, and just plain hard work. I value the uniqueness found in each of my clients and in their individual real estate needs. The process of buying and selling a home does not have to be impersonal, full of drama, uncertainty or stress. The poet, Maya Angelou, expressed my view best when she said, “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” My goal is for you to feel secure and confident in your decisions because I have kept you well informed of your options and the process each step of the way. My goal is that you will feel the peace of mind that you deserve throughout the transaction because of my systematic, organized approach to buying and selling a house.
