The process of buying and selling a home does not have to be impersonal, full of drama, uncertainty or stress.
The poet, Maya Angelou, expressed my view best when she said “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”
My goal is for you to feel secure and confident in your decisions because I have kept you well informed of your options and the process each step of the way. My goal is that you will feel the peace of mind that you deserve throughout the transaction because of my systematic, organized approach to buying and selling a house. My goal is that you will never forget how my commitment and support in helping you reach your goals on your timeline made you feel as opposed to being treated as a quota or merely a transaction. My goal is that you will never forget how working with me made you feel.
Selling a home brings with it an array of emotions, decisions and expectations. I am here to help you navigate each step of the process whether your circumstances are exciting, uncertain, easy or difficult. I find that organization and communication are key in keeping the process running smoothly. Although there are some fundamental aspects to every listing, no two homes are alike, and no two seller’s needs are the exact same. I enjoy setting time aside to sit down and talk with you so I can learn what is most important to you in selling your house. I make sure you are fully educated on the process so there are few, if any, surprises along the way. I will work with you to put together a plan specific to your needs and timeline. I will never hand you off to a closing coordinator or junior agent. I personally service all of my listings from the initial consultation through the day of closing and continue to be a resource in the years to follow.
Although we will discuss each of these areas in greater detail when we meet, I want to take a moment to share the professional services I provide each of my clients and introduce you briefly to some of my partnering service providers.
The accuracy of reported square footage is an essential element in pricing the home. Because of this, I use Harmon Property Solutions. HPS employs licensed appraisers to perform all measurements to insure they are abiding by the strict code of measurement enforced by the NC Real Estate Commission. In addition, they provide room dimensions and a floorplan sketch that I use as an additional tool in marketing your home.

Most buyers begin their search on the internet, even before they secure an agent to work with. As a member of the local Triangle Multiple Listing Service, your listing will be marketed to all local member agents and firms in addition to 400+ nationwide listing sites including Realtor, Zillow, Facebook & Instagram.
